Our Journey to Helping You Repair and Learn

Every great idea starts with a problem waiting to be solved. For us, it all began with a simple goal: to make Apple device repair accessible, reliable, and educational.

I started AppleIQ with a vision to not only repair devices but also empower others with the knowledge and skills to do it themselves. With a background in IT and Computer Engineering, and currently studying Accounting, I realized that combining technical expertise with practical business experience could create something unique for our community.

From a small setup in Port Elizabeth, we began offering repairs for Apple products—everything from screens and batteries to advanced hardware issues. But we didn’t stop there. We saw a gap in tech education, especially for young people eager to learn about Apple devices. This inspired the launch of our AppleIQ Learn & Repair Lab, where training meets hands-on experience.

Today, AppleIQ is more than just a repair store. We provide high-quality parts, offer structured repair training programs, and create opportunities for budding tech entrepreneurs. Our journey has been driven by curiosity, passion, and a desire to make technology more accessible to everyone.
