AppleIQ Terms & Conditions
Welcome to AppleIQ. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases made from AppleIQ, whether online or in-store. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms:
1. General
AppleIQ is an independent Apple device repair and parts supplier and is not affiliated with Apple Inc.
All products and services are provided subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order if fraud or misuse is suspected.
2. Products & Availability
Product images are for illustration purposes only; actual items may differ slightly.
We strive to ensure accurate descriptions, but AppleIQ is not responsible for typographical or technical errors.
Stock availability may change without notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full before order dispatch or service delivery.
We accept EFT, debit/credit cards, and approved online payment gateways.
Card payments are processed via Paystack are approved payment gateway for South African banks.
Paystack uses Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) encryption, and no card details are stored on the AppleIQ website.
Customer details are stored separately from card details, which are entered securely on Payfast’s site.

Merchant country is South Africa, and all transactions are in South African Rand (ZAR).
4. Orders & Delivery
Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS notification.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the item is handed over to the courier or collected in person.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase if the product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Opened or used items (e.g., batteries, screens, accessories) are non-returnable unless faulty.
Refunds will be processed after inspection and may take up to 10 business days.
Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
6. Warranty
New parts carry a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturer defects.
Warranty is void if:
The product is damaged due to mishandling, water damage, or improper installation.
The device has been tampered with by a third party.
Services such as repairs are covered under a 90-day workmanship warranty.
7. Limitation of Liability
AppleIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
Data loss during repair services is the sole responsibility of the client; customers are advised to back up data before service.
8. Privacy & Customer Information
AppleIQ takes all reasonable steps to protect personal information of users, as defined under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
Personal information provided during purchase is used solely to process orders and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
Payment card information is processed securely via Payfast and is never stored by AppleIQ.
9. Responsibility
AppleIQ takes responsibility for all aspects of the transaction, including sale of goods and services, customer service, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.
10. Governing Law & Domicile
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
AppleIQ chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement: 17 High Street, Mount Pleasant , Port Elizabeth.
Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of the Eastern Cape, South Africa.
11. Variation
AppleIQ may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.
