Nice work by Washington. I was sceptical at first since I needed to pay the full quote as opposed to a deposit so I decided to visit the location unannounced to check it out first. He was very understanding and accommodating allowing me inside to check out his place of work for my own peace of mind. After paying, I only had to wait a few days before I could bring in my Mid 2015 MacBook Pro for a battery replacement. The next day it was available for me to collect. No issues so far with the MacBook after the battery replacement. He might have added a shot of antibiotics too as the swelling is now also down 😁. 100% will use again and recommend. Original Apple charger still also works as expected.

I have an Apple 27” Imac which i took to the Istore to be Factory reseted. I have tried myself at first 🙈 but made a bit of a botch of it. Istore tried to fix it, but couldn’t so i found Apple IQ on the internet and wow was i surprised with the quick and friendly service from Washington. I would really recommend him. Sent my 2019 MacBook Pro in for a battery replacement, and got it back in great working order. No more battery issues. Would recommend Washington to anyone who is wanting to get their apple products repaired at very reasonable prices.
