AppleIQ Device Buy-Back / Trade-In Terms & Conditions By selling your device to AppleIQ, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Ownership & Legitimacy You confirm that you are the legal owner of the device being sold. The device must not be stolen, blacklisted, or linked to fraudulent activity. AppleIQ reserves the right to request proof of purchase or identification. 2. Device Condition The final offer will depend on the physical and functional condition of the device. Devices will be inspected and tested by AppleIQ technicians. Any undisclosed faults or damages may reduce the agreed valuation. 3. Data & Privacy It is your responsibility to back up and remove all personal data before selling your device. AppleIQ is not responsible for any loss of data once the device is received. Devices with active iCloud / Find My iPhone locks cannot be accepted. 4. Valuation & Payment AppleIQ will provide a provisional quote based on the information you provide. The final valuation will be confirmed after inspection. Payment will be made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or other agreed method within 2–3 working days of acceptance. 5. Non-Return Policy Once payment has been processed, ownership of the device is permanently transferred to AppleIQ. Devices cannot be returned after final acceptance. 6. Right to Refuse AppleIQ reserves the right to refuse any device if it does not meet the required criteria. Devices found to be counterfeit, reported stolen, or tampered with will be rejected and may be handed to relevant authorities.
